About Us
Over the years I have been asked many times what influenced my decision to begin selling Real Estate. My interest in Real Estate began several years ago when I was attempting to purchase a property that was offered to my for $11,000. Being only nineteen at the time, I had no idea if this was a good deal or not; looking back it was. After talking to friends and family and getting nowhere, it was suggested that I consider taking Real Estate classes, so I did.
In 1985 I received my Sales Persons License and started working for a small local Real Estate office. In doing so I hoped to make some extra money and pursue my dream of owning my own home. Since that time I have purchased and sold a number of properties. In 1990 I established the Real Estate Exchange Inc. with the intent of developing an office system based on a team approach. A team of agents and staff that work together towards a common goal of helping our clients, customers and each other in order to provide better service to all.
